I was born and raised in Yellowknife, NT to two immigrant parents, who instilled a very strong work ethic in me from a very young age. I knew I wanted to pursue a career in dentistry from the time I entered highschool. I received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Alberta and went on to obtain a Diploma in Dental Hygiene from the Vancouver College of Dental Hygiene.

I have 10+ years of experience working in the dental field, including my roles as a chair side dental assistant, hygiene manager, and dental receptionist prior to furthering my career and becoming a dental hygienist! I have worked in many different dental offices and am proud to be part of the tight-knit team here at Avalon Dental. I am passionate about providing excellent patient care, providing education, and building a trusting relationship with each and every one of my patients. I strive to provide caring and compassionate treatment, making dental visits less nerve-wracking.

In my spare time, I enjoy health & fitness; am an avid OrangeTheory Fitness member, attending concerts, music festivals, discovering new restaurants, and traveling around the world with my amazing husband. I look forward to meeting you!
